Shipping & Returns


All ready-made tube orders ship from our US-based warehouse located just outside of Chicago. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will ship out the following Monday. Order placed during weekends and holidays will ship the following business day. Transit time is based on your location and shipping method chosen.

Yes, we ship globally. Any VAT, tariffs, customs and import duties are not included in the unit price or shipping costs and are collected upon delivery.


We provide store credit or exchange for all unused, non-printed, undamaged, ready-made tubes purchased through our website, within 30 days of delivery. We ask that return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The credit amount will be the cost of the product returned minus a 10% restocking fee, excluding any shipping charges. We urge you to purchase one or two samples first to test product fit and function before buying a larger quantity. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at or (847) 802-9868 before shipping anything back to us. We will require a tracking number to confirm that your shipment has been received in our warehouse in order to issue a credit or exchange. 

For custom orders, since all tubes are made to your specifications, we don’t allow returns. However, if you’re unhappy with your order and feel like we didn’t do a great job, please contact us and we’ll do our best to rectify the situation.
