That moment of curiosity sparked a journey that would lead Steph from YouTube tutorials to creating her very own line of shower steamers—products designed to transform a simple daily ritual into a luxurious experience.
“From the minute I successfully blended those tricky ingredients, I was in love,” Steph recalls. What began as a playful experiment quickly grew into a passion for crafting bath products with both heart and sophistication.
Handmade with Intention
Bushyl is rooted in the philosophy that handmade doesn’t have to mean rustic or unfinished. Steph wanted to create something that felt special—thoughtfully made, with the care of small-batch production, but also polished and elevated. Her shower steamers, available in scents like calming lavender and refreshing tea tree/eucalyptus/mint, capture that balance beautifully.
Packaging plays a big part in this vision. Instead of bags or small boxes, Steph designed her own custom paper tubes that feel sturdy, elegant, and gift-worthy. Inspired by vintage botanical illustrations paired with contemporary details, her packaging doesn’t just protect the product—it invites customers in.
“I love how much it stands out on a shelf,” Steph says. “The design really draws a customer in and encourages them to pick it up and see how luxurious it feels.”
